Single scarf skiving machine for toe puffs and counters of thermoplastic and uncoated
materials.
The maximum working width is 34 mm.
High capacity machine for the cap production.
Capacity 20 – 25.000 caps per day (8 hours).
The machine is designed as seated workplace.
Depending on the material the skiving can be done dry or with air supported lubrication device. With the reversal of rotation direction of the bell knife an automatic work piece guidance on inside and outside of the material is ensured. The stepless adjustable knife speed is another guarantee for an optimal cut. The feed speed is adjustable by belt pulleys.
