Our data glasses make it possible to supervise machine maintenance or repair locally. In this process, the image recorded by the wearer of the glasses is transmitted to our worker. Communication through the glasses is possible in several ways. You can interact verbally with the wearer, place markers on the wearer's field of view to navigate him through the repair in detail, or upload documents that can be viewed directly through the glasses. This makes it possible to efficiently identify and fix problems worldwide, quickly and without travel times.
These glasses set a whole new frontier for Service 4.0.
